About Me
Maribel Topf was born and raised in San Diego. She attended the second oldest Women’s College in the Midwest, making friends with some incredible women. This is in stark contrast to her professional career in male dominated industries.
I have worked with the C-Suite for most of my career. From Vistage, A CEO Membership Organization, to almost 20 years in the information division of Snap-on Tools, I have helped executives execute their strategy and vision to the employee level. I have managed the Continuous Improvement program for two companies and over 900 employees over the last 12 years, making those companies some of the highest profitable in the organization. I have reviewed and overseen over 10,000 employee led continuous improvement projects over my tenure. From manufacturing, marketing to automation and data mining, I have learned from over 1000 employees and their unending creativity.
In her free time, she is an avid reader and can be found at the most eclectic events and experiences her city and travel experiences have to offer. From Oaxacan descent, her indigenous background adds to her eclectic tastes in literature, music, and friends.
